Terms of Service

Platform: the website, system and services operated under the 1001 Hash brand.

User: individual or legal entity that uses the Platform to purchase crypto assets via PIX.

Crypto asset: digital representation of value traded on public distributed networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, among others supported).

Wallet: cryptographic destination address provided by the User to receive the assets.

PIX: instant payment method regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.

The Platform intermediates the purchase of crypto assets by individuals and legal entities located in Brazil, receiving payment via PIX in Brazilian reais (BRL) and sending the corresponding digital asset to the wallet specified by the User.

1001 Hash operates as a virtual asset service provider under Brazilian Law 14,478/2022 and related regulations.

For operations within current operational limits, full registration (KYC) is not required. The User only needs to provide the destination wallet address and, optionally, an email or WhatsApp number for communication.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation for transactions exceeding limits or showing signs of irregularity, fraud or non-compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules (AML/CFT).

Use of the Platform is prohibited for individuals listed on international sanctions (OFAC, UN, EU) or for politically exposed persons (PEP) without prior identification.

The Platform enforces minimum and maximum limits per transaction and per time window, displayed in the interface at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to pause sales at any time, refuse transactions or adjust limits without prior notice, especially during market instability, maintenance or suspected misuse.

Real-time quotes reflect the reference price plus the Platform's service fee, clearly itemized before purchase confirmation.

The quote is valid until the PIX QR code expires. After that period, the order expires and a new quote must be generated.

After PIX payment confirmation by the financial gateway, 1001 Hash initiates sending the crypto asset to the provided wallet.

On-chain confirmation time varies by selected network. The Platform does not control network propagation speed or fees (gas).

The User is solely responsible for the correctness of the provided wallet address. Transfers to incorrect, incompatible or unavailable addresses (e.g. exchanges that do not support the asset on the chosen network) are irreversible and not subject to refund.

Orders not paid within the QR code timeout expire automatically at no cost.

After PIX confirmation, the operation is considered irreversible. Refunds will only be evaluated in cases of technical inability to send the asset, upon contact through the official support channel.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7 business days to the same paying PIX key.

1001 Hash may refuse, suspend or terminate service to any User who: (i) breaches these Terms; (ii) shows signs of fraud, money laundering or terrorism financing; (iii) appears on sanctions lists; (iv) misuses the Platform.

All Platform elements (code, design, brand, content) are owned by 1001 Hash or its licensors. Reproduction, copying or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

The Platform is not liable for: (i) typing errors in wallet addresses; (ii) delays or failures on third-party blockchain networks; (iii) exchange rate variations between quote and confirmation; (iv) occasional unavailability due to maintenance or external provider failures (PIX, gateway, exchanges).

In any case, 1001 Hash's liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be flagged on the Platform. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the jurisdiction of 1001 DIGITAL LTDA's headquarters are elected to resolve any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction.
